Dr. Bailey is the absolute best. I had never been to an eye doctor my entire life. Went to him and was so scared. He understood my fear of not knowing the process and worked with me. Have had 3 pairs of glasses made with him and each pair has improved. He has been patient enough to work with me in finding the perfect prescription and I finally love wearing my glasses every day. I didn't realize just how much my vision could improve. He is a great doctor who cares about his patients and will take the time to help you

When I needed to find a new eye doctor six years ago when I moved here, I found it difficult to locate an ophthalmologist. The doctors and their staff at Precision Eye Group, however, have been great to work with! They seem to have an efficient system for tests done on equipment, as well as the way patients move through the various steps through an appointment. They have always been friendly, helpful, and accurate.

The staff greeted me with a smile and were very professional. Dr. Dale gave me a thorough eye exam and we discussed what type of eyeglass lenses would work best for my lifestyle. There was a nice selection of frames to choose from with a knowledgeable staff to answer questions. They billed my insurance directly so I only had to pay a copay. I will definitely go back!

If you choose to go here triple check they accept your insurance because if they don’t they will contact you the day of or before to tell you they don’t accept it. I’ve been to this location multiple times and didn’t have much issues. Till we switched insurance. On our end it showed they accepted our insurance still so I didn’t see a problem. I also had gotten a call from the office asking for my insurance number and the lady said I was good to go. Till I get a call a day before my appointment saying that our insurance actually doesn’t cover vision at all and I would have to pay out of pocket if I were to come to the appointment. So we bought vision insurance and I rescheduled. Now it’s the day of my new appointment and they confirmed with me prior to this appointment that my insurance was on file and I was good to go. But I get a call in the morning saying that the Bloomington office doesn’t accept my new vision insurance but Bedford does and I have to reschedule. It’s frustrating because people have lives and we all aren’t just sitting around just waiting to come into the eye doctor. It’s not easy to try to rearrange our schedules to make sure we can come in. Having to reschedule not once but TWICE for just one appointment is unacceptable. Do better.

Dr. Dale is so hands on and loving. She explained everything slowly and multiple times for myself and my son so we understood what she was doing and what the diagnosis was. She is definitely doing her calling! She is great with children and we just love her and feel safe in her care. The staff also had such calm temperaments and were engaging with my 7&9 year old making them feel safe and comfortable- and not just brushing them off. Amazing staff, amazing doctor!
